We made the chocolate pops first for Thanksgiving Wednesday with my dad. They were such a hit, we didn't have any left. So we made a gluten-free, non-pop version for a Saturday Friendsgiving using 1-to-1 flour. Also yummy! For Thanksgiving with my husband's family, we felt like such pros...we made the vanilla ones (which we stuffed with a maple pecan center) and the chocolate ones. Thanks for helping us master the elusive cake balls. : )
