    Peach arugula salad is so easy to throw together. First, combine the salad ingredients (arugula, peaches, feta, and pecans) in a large mixing bowl or serving dish.     Ingredients

    • 6 cups baby arugula
    • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
    • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
    • ¼ cup pecans

    For the balsamic vinaigrette:

    • ¼ cup olive oil
    • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon honey
    • ¼ teaspoon salt
    • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

    Instructions
