I made the Vegetable Pasta Bake (from last Thursday's email). Using an ovenproof braiser to saute' the veggies and add the marinara, saved a step. After mixing everything together, I added the mozzarella and popped it into the oven. Yummy paired with garlic bread. I did add frozen peas to round out the protein for vegetarians (like me!) Thanks!
