I run out of ideas for dinner plus I can't get to the store at the moment. This recipe had everything that was in my pantry and fridge. I did add some cucumber and a little bit of hard sausage cut in tiny cubes...so I cleaned out my fridge! What a great salad and wow on the dressing! This is a "company" dinner with nice crusty bread or a side for something on the grill.
