My family loved this! I did not have fresh dill so I used a teaspoon of dried dill and added just a little more fresh garlic (because we are garlic fiends!) and it was absolutely outstanding! So fresh and light-tasting! I served with quinoa and roasted cauliflower. YUM!! Pinning this recipe to use again! 👍

I admit I always get a little nervous cooking salmon for company (will it be raw? will be it tough and dry?) but I'm so glad I chose this recipe for our recent Greek dinner. It went off to rave reviews and went perfectly with all of the side dishes. Bookmarked this for next time!
