1. Toast the baguette. Place as many pieces of sliced baguette on a rimmed quarter sheet baking pan as you can fit. Drizzle with olive oil and salt. Bake in a 375 F preheated oven until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes.
