– tomatoes – red onion – garlic – basil leaves – olive oil – salt and pepper – balsamic vinegar – Italian bread or French baguette – olive oil – garlic powder
Toss to combine tomatoes, red onion, garlic, basil, olive oil, salt and pepper. Refrigerate 1 hour.
In a small pot, bring balsamic vinegar to a boil over medium heat. Cook for 4-5 minutes until sauce is reduced by half. Set aside to cool.
