- turmeric - we use ground turmeric in this recipe. You can also substitute with ¾ teaspoon of fresh grated turmeric.
- cayenne pepper powder

Who knew All of these Ingredients that I Have in my Cabinet Would make Such a Difference in My Life. Ever Since I've Discovered the Effect that Tumeric on Inflammation I've been Using it as an additional Spice in my Foods. But as Person Dealing with a Few Chronic Inflammation Conditions I Really Wasn't Getting the Results I was Looking for bit This Recipe Surely is Doing the Job cause I Feel Great. I don’t add water, just mix it by putting a top on it and shaking vigorously, then drink it quickly. I have a glass of water afterwards. This makes the consumption quicker for those like me who aren’t in love with the taste! Great recipe.
