It is a rich source of healthy amino acids (high-quality protein), and vitamins and minerals including zinc and iron. Zinc is needed for immune function and may also have an effect against viruses.
Dijon Garlic Marinade
The secret to the aromatic flavour in these lamb chops lies in the marinade. It contains a combination of Asian, Middle Eastern and Western flavours. It gets its Asian influence from the cumin spice, garlic, and even a hint of soy sauce. And with the addition of Dijon mustard, a western American staple ingredient, you have yourself the ultimate worldly dish, where east meets west.

The Dijon garlic combo sounds delicious! I don't have an air fryer yet but I bet this lamb marinade would be great for grilled lamb too. Looks like yours came out nice and moist.
