- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar (or white vinegar)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1 tablespoon white sesame seeds
- Add all ingredients into a medium mixing bowl and stir well with a spoon until combined. Or place in a mason jar and seal with the lid. Shake until well combined.
- Use immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Shake or stir well before using to prevent separation.
How to roast sesame seeds: You can also use roasted sesame seeds for more depth of flavor. If you only have raw, feel free to use it or easily pop them into the oven or heat on the stovetop for a few minutes for a quick roast.
