Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoesdiced
  • 1 medium red bell pepperseeded and diced
  • 1 small red onion, diced
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice (from 1 lime)
