Description
Mango pineapple tropical smoothie bowl is the perfect summer bowl. It is packed with pineapples and mangos and topped with more fruit, granola, and coconut.
Ingredients
Smoothie Bowl:
- 1 cup pineapple, frozen
- 1 cup mango, frozen
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup almond milk
Toppings:
- 1/4 cup granola
- mango chunks and/or pineapple chunks
- banana, sliced
- coconut, shredded
- chia seeds
Instructions
- Combine pineapple, mango, banana and almond milk in a blender. Blend until smooth. Note that the mixture will be very thick.
- Pour into two shallow bowls and arrange the toppings on top. Serve immediately.
