Description

Crisp apples, peppery arugula, crunchy pecans and warm, melty aged cheddar cheese ... you seriously cannot go wrong with apple and arugula flatbread.


Ingredients

  • 2 flatbread naan bread
  • 3/4 cup aged cheddar cheese, sliced
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup pecans, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Grana Padano cheese, grated
  • fresh ground pepper
  • 1 cup baby arugula

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Place flatbreads on a lined baking tray. Divide and top each flatbread with cheddar cheese, apple, pecans, and Grana Padano. Add some freshly cracked black pepper on top (to taste).
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until desired crispiness is reached. Allow flatbreads to slightly cool. Then, top with fresh baby arugula. Cut and serve.
