Instructions

Notes
Equipment used: air fryer, measuring cups and spoons, and mixing bowl.
How to double the recipe: If you double or triple the recipe, you may have to make it in a few batches. To get crispy baby potatoes, you will need to arrange them in the air fryer basket in a single layer. If you start stacking them up and overcrowding the basket, they will not cook evenly and you may not get that crispy texture.
How to make in the oven: Yes, you can make this easily in the oven. Spread the fries in an even layer on a large baking sheet. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 425 F, until fork tender
How to store: Transfer into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
How to reheat: Transfer into a 300F preheated air fryer basket and heat for 5-10 minutes, or in the oven until warmed through.
