Description

This Whipped Goat Cheese is a delicious and creamy appetizer dip or spread you can easily make at home in 5 minutes. It has a distinct mild, tangy flavor with a light, fluffy, and spreadable texture that goes perfectly with your favorite snacks and savory dishes. There’s no easier way to add some zing to your meals than with this simple dip.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces goat cheese
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (1/2 block), at room temperature
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoonfresh thyme, finely chopped
  • salt (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. .Crumble the goat cheese into the bowl of a food processor. Add cream cheese, garlic, lemon juice, and black pepper. Pulse blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the food processor as needed.
  2. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with chopped thyme and drizzle with honey, if desired. Serve with bread, chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.
