Thai Peanut Dressing is creamy, tangy, and savory-sweet, made in one bowl in 5 minutes. Perfect for noodle salads, rice bowls, or as a dip.

- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 to 3 tablespoons warm water (as needed)
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, lime juice, honey, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic until smooth and well combined.
- Add warm water, 1 tablespoon at a time, whisking until the dressing reaches a smooth, pourable consistency.
- Use immediately or transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use.
Notes
Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Whisk well before using, as the dressing will thicken when chilled.
