Description
Frozen Yogurt Bark is a creamy, protein-packed treat made with Greek yogurt, fresh berries, granola, and a chocolate drizzle. No churning required.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup strawberries, sliced
- ½ cup blueberries
- ¼ cup granola
- 2 to 2½ tablespoons semi-sweet chocolate chips (about 40 to 45 chips), melted
Instructions
- Line a large baking sheet or 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer, about ¼ to ½-inch thick.
- Scatter the strawberries, blueberries, and granola. Gently press the toppings into the yogurt so they stick once frozen.
- Add the chocolate chips to a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth, about 45 seconds to 1 minute total.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate evenly on top.
- Transfer the pan to the freezer and freeze until completely firm, about 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
- Remove the frozen yogurt bark from the pan and break or cut it into pieces. Serve immediately or store in the freezer until ready to eat.
