Ingredients
- 1 pound cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
For the dressing:
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a large serving dish, combine cherry tomatoes, onion, basil, and feta cheese.
- In a small mixing bowl, add olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, Italian seasoning and pepper. Mix well to combine.
- Add the dressing into the tomato salad. Toss well and serve immediately.
