- 2 slices whole wheat or your favorite type of bread
- 3 tablespoons almond butter
- 1 banana, sliced
- 2 tablespoons granola
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- Toast bread, then immediately place on a cooling rack. (Note: If you put the toast straight on a plate, the bottom will steam and it will become soggy).
- Once slightly cooled, spread almond butter evenly across bread. Top with sliced banana and granola, then drizzle with honey and sprinkle with chia seeds.
