Ingredients

  • 2 slices whole wheat or your favorite type of bread
  • 3 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons granola
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Toast bread, then immediately place on a cooling rack. (Note: If you put the toast straight on a plate, the bottom will steam and it will become soggy).
  2. Once slightly cooled, spread almond butter evenly across bread. Top with sliced banana and granola, then drizzle with honey and sprinkle with chia seeds.
